FUNDRAISING MANAGER, Exeter £35,000-£40,000

The Devon Cricket Foundation (DCF) is the governing body responsible for the recreational game in the county. DCF are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Fundraising Manager to lead their income generation work, with a focus on building strong corporate partnerships that will power their mission to make cricket accessible for all.

This is a new and pivotal role in the charity’s journey!

As Fundraising Manager, you will be the driving force behind securing sponsorships, partnerships, and donations from businesses who share DCF’s vision for community sport and opportunity.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has demonstrable fundraising experience (ideally within the charitable sector)
  • Can build and nurture high-value partnerships with corporate supporters
  • Is a confident networker, able to spot and seize opportunities
  • Is creative in developing compelling proposals and sponsorship packages

You will develop and deliver DCF’s corporate fundraising strategy by researching, approaching and securing new partners and sponsors. You will steward existing supporters to grow their long-term impact, and lead on engaging fundraising events and business networking. You will also need to ensure income targets are met and impact is clearly demonstrated.

T&C and Application Details

This is a full-time 24-month Fixed Term Contract, with a view to extension. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in the office, plus attendance at events and external meetings. The salary is £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.
