FINANCE TRUSTEE – CORNWALL

The Cornwall Heritage Trust has an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join their Board of Trustee.  The Trust was formed nearly forty years ago with the aim of saving buildings, ancient artefacts and important heritage sites and protecting Cornwall’s heritage for everyone.

Today Cornwall Heritage Trust either owns or manages sixteen sites of particular beauty, historic, cultural or religious significance.  It has experienced considerable growth (income, acquiring sites and staff recruitment) over the last couple of years and is excited about the journey ahead. 

The charity has appointed a new Finance Manager who will be starting shortly.  The Board would now like to appoint an additional trustee, ideally with charity finance expertise, to support the Board in ensuring the financial health of the organisation as they continue to grow.
